🔐 Forgot Password​

Forgetting your password can be frustrating - but don't worry! Here's how to reset it and regain access to your WhautoMail account quickly and securely:

Step 1: Go to the WhautoMail Login Page​

Navigate to https://app.whautomail.com/

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"​

You'll find this link below the login form.

Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email Address​

  1. Make sure you enter the correct email associated with your WhautoMail account
  2. Double-check for typos to avoid delays

Step 4: Click "Submit"​

This will trigger a password reset email to your inbox.

Step 5: Check Your Email Inbox​

  1. Look for an email from WhautoMail Support
  2. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder

Step 6: Click "Reset Password" in the Email​

This will redirect you to the reset page.

Step 7: Set a New Password​

  1. Choose a strong and unique password
  2. Re-enter it in the confirmation field if prompted
  3. Click the Submit button

Your password will be updated, and you will be automatically logged in with your new credentials.

🎉 Success! You've regained access to your WhautoMail account.

🔁 Reset Password (While Logged In)​

For security, it's a good habit to change your password periodically. Here's how to do it if you're already logged into your account:

Step 1: Log In to WhautoMail​

Use your current email and password to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings​

  1. Click on the Settings option in the sidebar
  2. Under the General section, select Account Security

Step 3: Enter Your Current Password​

For verification, you'll need to confirm your identity by typing your existing password.

Step 4: Enter a New Password​

Choose a secure password that's hard to guess.

Step 5: Confirm Your New Password​

Re-type your new password in the Confirm Password field.

Step 6: Click "Change Password"​

Your new password will be saved and active immediately.

✅ You can now log in using your updated credentials for enhanced account security.

💡 Password Best Practices​

  • Use at least 8 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Add numbers and special characters
  • Avoid common words or personal information
  • Don't reuse passwords from other accounts
  • Change your password regularly
