Email Activity

The Email Activity section in Whautomail gives you a complete view of everything happening with your emails - whether they were sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or unsubscribed. This helps you understand your audience engagement and improve your email performance.

📌 How to View Email Activity​

  1. Go to the Whautomail app
  2. From the left side menu, click Email Activity
  3. You will now see a detailed list of email events, including:
    • Contact Name 👤
    • Email ID 📧
    • Event Type (Sent, Opened, Clicked, etc.)
    • Event Time ⏰
    • Source (Which Automation or Campaign triggered it) 🔄
    • Info (Additional event metadata) 📝

🔎 Search & Find Contacts Easily​

🔍 Search Bar​

  • Use the search bar to quickly find activity by name or email address.

🧰 Filters for Better Tracking​

You can filter email events by status to view specific activity:

  • All Events
  • Sent 📤
  • Delivered 📬
  • Opened 👀
  • Clicked 🔗
  • Bounced 🚫
  • Complained ⚠️
  • Subscribed 🟢
  • Unsubscribed ❌
  • Failed ❗

📅 Date Range Filter​

  • Choose a custom date range to see events for a specific period.

📁 Export Email Events​

To download your entire email activity history:

  1. Click the Export All Events button
  2. A file containing all your activity records will be generated
