🔄 How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan​

Managing your WhautoMail subscription is simple and can be done directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below depending on whether you're upgrading after trial or switching between plans.

🚀 Upgrade Your WhautoMail Plan After Trial Ends​

If you're on a 7-day free trial or your trial has expired, here's how to upgrade:

🔧 Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Log in to your WhautoMail account
  2. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
  3. Click the Upgrade button
  4. Browse through available plans
  5. Click Select on your preferred plan
  6. Choose Add-ons if needed → click Next
  7. Click Checkout to continue
  8. Enter or update your Business Information
  9. Click Pay to complete the upgrade

🎉 Once done, your plan will be upgraded instantly, and you'll unlock all features in the selected plan.

🔁 Upgrade or Downgrade Your Existing Subscription​

Whether you are on the Starter, Growth, or any other plan—switching plans is easy.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Log in to WhautoMail
  2. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
  3. View your current plan details
  4. Click Upgrade to choose a new plan
  5. Select a new subscription tier (e.g., Growth → Starter or vice versa)
  6. Add optional Add-ons (if required)
  7. Review your plan, features & pricing
  8. Click Checkout to finalize the change

⏳ Your subscription update may take a few minutes to reflect.

📌 Important Notes​

  • If upgrading or downgrading from an active plan, prorated charges will automatically apply.
  • Features and usage limits will adjust based on the new plan immediately after the update.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Manage Subscription page.
