Whautomail gives you two powerful ways to create your email content - depending on how you prefer to work.

First, setup your campaign details like name, recipients, subject, preheader text, and email sender. Check our Creating Campaign page.

If you like building emails visually, this is perfect for you.

  • Add text, images, buttons, and more using simple building blocks
  • Choose from ready-made templates to save time
  • Preview your email before sending and send test emails to check how it looks
  • You can also save your design as a template for future campaigns

🧾 Option 2: Simple Editor​

Prefer a minimal, plain-text style?

  • Create straightforward emails using a clean text editor
  • You can also access source code, preview, and test options here

👉 Note: Once you choose an editor and start creating your content, don't switch editors, as your current content will be cleared.

When you're done designing your email, click Proceed to move to scheduling.
