1. Creating Campaigns
Once your contact segments are ready, you can start sending campaigns to the right audience.
Steps to Create a Campaign
Go to Campaigns
- Open your Whautomail dashboard
- Click on the Campaigns menu option
Add a New Campaign
- Click the + Add Campaign button to begin
Fill in Campaign Details
Campaign Name: Give your campaign a recognizable name (e.g., Welcome Campaign)
Recipients:
- Choose Campaign Type as Contact Segments
- Select the specific segment you want to target (e.g., All Contacts)
Add Email Details
Subject Line: What your recipients will see in their inbox
Preheader Text: A short preview that appears next to your subject line
Email Sender: Select your verified sender identity
Personalization:
- Type
#to view available variables like{{contact.name}}or{{workspace.name}}to personalize your email content
Once you've entered these details, click Save & Next to design your email.
