1. Creating Campaigns

Once your contact segments are ready, you can start sending campaigns to the right audience.

Steps to Create a Campaign

Go to Campaigns

  • Open your Whautomail dashboard
  • Click on the Campaigns menu option

Add a New Campaign

  • Click the + Add Campaign button to begin

Fill in Campaign Details

Campaign Name: Give your campaign a recognizable name (e.g., Welcome Campaign)

Recipients:

  • Choose Campaign Type as Contact Segments
  • Select the specific segment you want to target (e.g., All Contacts)

Add Email Details

Subject Line: What your recipients will see in their inbox

Preheader Text: A short preview that appears next to your subject line

Email Sender: Select your verified sender identity

Personalization:

  • Type # to view available variables like {{contact.name}} or {{workspace.name}} to personalize your email content

Once you've entered these details, click Save & Next to design your email.
