Campaign Reports
After your campaign is sent, Whautomail automatically tracks its performance in real time so you can measure success.
Steps to View Campaign Analytics
- Open the Whautomail app and go to the Broadcast menu
- Find your campaign and click the View Analytics option in the action row
You'll see detailed performance metrics such as:
Performance Metrics
- Emails Processed: Total number of emails handled
- Total Sent: Number of emails successfully sent from Whautomail
- Delivered: Number of emails successfully delivered to recipients' inboxes
- Opened: Number of recipients who opened your email
- Clicked: Number of recipients who clicked on links inside your email
- Bounced: Number of emails that failed to deliver due to invalid addresses or other errors

Retarget Recipients
Quickly resend or follow up with specific audiences based on their engagement:
- All Sent Recipients
- Delivered Recipients
- Opened Recipients

Export Data
Download your campaign results as an Excel file for detailed analysis or record keeping.
